These workshops consist of innovative pedagogical methods, along with social learning. The elaboration includes:

• Design Thinking Approach

• Liberating Structures

• LEGO®  Serious Play®

The elaboration is based on the GSmart research results. It is directed to the project's target groups, i.e., the educators and other personnel who support adult learners.  The workshops are a part of a transmedia training program for educating on cross-generational collaboration through social competencies.
